Withdrawal policy

This policy applies to consumers. There is no right of withdrawal for orders placed by businesses in the partner area.

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the day on which you received the last parcel counts.

To withdraw, inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, to:

You can use the form below for this, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

What happens after withdrawal

We will refund everything you have paid for the order, including the standard shipping costs. We do not refund additional costs that arise because you chose a more expensive type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.

We will make the refund no later than 14 days after the day on which we received your withdrawal. For this we use the same means of payment that you used: a bank transfer is refunded by bank transfer, a PayPal payment via PayPal. Anything else applies only if we expressly agree it with you. We do not charge any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back no later than 14 days after your withdrawal to TM Merch GmbH, Karl-Heinrich-Str. 8, 37235 Hessisch Lichtenau, Germany. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When the right of withdrawal expires

RAUHBEIN Beard Oil is a cosmetic product in a sealed bottle. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have removed the seal after delivery (§ 312g(2) no. 3 BGB, German Civil Code). As long as the seal is intact, you can withdraw as normal.

If you want to withdraw from the contract, you can send us a message with the following information, by email to info@tm-merch.de or by post to TM Merch GmbH, Karl-Heinrich-Str. 8, 37235 Hessisch Lichtenau, Germany:

  • Statement: I/We hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us for the purchase of the following goods
  • Goods and order number (for example RB-2026-0001)
  • Ordered on / received on
  • Name of consumer(s)
  • Address of consumer(s)
  • Signature of consumer(s), only if this form is notified on paper
  • Date
